Deputy Director of People, Education and Culture at ICFO – The Institute of Photonic Sciences, where he leads policies on talent, training, professional development, and organizational culture. He holds a PhD in Physics from Imperial College London (2009) and joined ICFO as a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow, later becoming a Staff Scientist and Academic Programs Coordinator. He is Co-Director of the Master’s in Multidisciplinary Research in Experimental Sciences (BIST) and a member of the coordinating committee of the Interuniversity Master’s in Quantum Science and Technology. In 2020, he was appointed SPIE@ICFO Chair for Diversity in Photonic Sciences
